  From the moment I talked to Flash on the phone until the burial of my husband it was a wonderful experience. They went over and beyond helping us thru a difficult time. I will recommend Vaia and Twin Valley to everyone I talk with. Very professional yet very caring people. Thank you Flash and Sue and everyone .
